Before the Conclave

• Shortlist sessions & tracks: Review the agenda in advance and pick sessions relevant to your school or role

• Student involvement: Decide how many students to bring, what projects they could showcase

• Pre-event networking: Reach out to other schools or partners attending so you arrive with contacts

During the Conclave

• Engage actively: Ask questions, join panel discussions

• Document key ideas: Use notes, take photos, record quotes
